CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made after this time frame will incur a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. This helps ensure appointment times are respected and allows the opportunity to offer the spot to another client.
